This document will cover how to change your El Toro Portal account password.
Reset Your Password Functionality
If you are a new user and received a notification that your token has expired, you will need to reset your password before logging in for the first time. You may also choose to reset your password for security concerns, or you could have forgotten your password since the last time you logged in. This page will walk you through the steps to reset your account password.
How to Reset Your Password
If you forgot your password
Step 1: Navigate to the login page within the Portal and select “Forgot Password?”.
Step 2: Enter your username or email and click “Submit”.
Step 3: After clicking on "Submit” you will receive an email containing a link to the Portal to update your password. The link to reset your password will be valid for one hour before it expires.
Step 4: Once creating your new password, you will receive confirmation that your account has been updated. You may now log in with your new password.
If you need to update your password after logging into the Portal
Step 1: Starting at your Campaign Dashboard, click on your user account at the top right of your screen, next to the bell icon. Then, select “My Profile” in the drop-down menu.
Step 2: You will then be redirected to the Keycloak Account Management homepage. Click on “Signing In” in the Account Security box.
Step 3: On the following screen, select “Update” under Basic Authentication. Then, you will be redirected to the page to enter a new password.
