This includes metrics such as visitor frequency, travel distance, customer profiles, and tailored strategies that allow you to make informed business decisions guaranteed to strike the bullseye.

How to Request Reports
To request any reports from the Report Menu, please reach out to your sales executive, or submit a request through the support desk. For information on how to utilize the support desk please view the following article: Support Requests and Knowledge Base – El Toro Support Center
Report requests can also be submitted by emailing support@eltoro.com.
Your request should include the type of report and the order line or campaign that you would like the report for.
Please note, if you are requesting a MatchBack Analysis you must also attach a conversion file including Address 1 and ZIP Code columns.
Best Practices
When submitting a report request, we recommend selecting the “Support Request” button from within the order line or campaign that you would like the report for (see the image below). This will provide our team with the name of the campaign to assist you with your request. The description of the request must include the type of report you would like as well as the order line or campaign.
