Overview
This document will cover what a Bullseye Report is, what it provides, and how to request it. Our Bullseye Report combines footfall traffic analytics with customer demographics data to deliver results with tailored strategies that allow you to make informed business decisions.
How Bullseye Reports Work
El Toro has worked closely with our customers to learn which questions leading B2B and B2C companies need to have answered prior to making informed business decisions. Bullseye Reports answer important questions like:
-
Who are my customers?
-
How is my business performing?
-
How are my competitors performing?
-
What does a view of my market look like?
-
Where else do my customers (CRM) appear in-market?
We capture mobile advertising IDs (MAIDs) using our GeoFraming™ technology at specified points of interest, enabling you to gain greater insights into your locations, competitors’ locations, and your market as a whole, as far back as 6+ months. We combine our observations with industry-leading demographics to deliver personalized insights on metrics like visitor frequency, travel distance, and customer profiles. In addition to GeoFraming locations, we can also provide demographic details from your CRM or from your website visitors.
Report Options and Structure
Bullseye Reports have three tiers: Select, Choice, and Prime.
Select reports answer the questions: Who are my customers? and How is My business performing? Customer demographic profiles can be generated from your CRM list, GeoFrames of your business location(s) through Venue Replay, or visitors to your website(s) through a Web-To-Home pixel. Select reports include up to 50 locations GeoFramed, 25,000 customer records enriched, and one market area.
Choice reports include everything from Select reports and also answers: How are my competitors performing? What does a view of my market look like? and Where else do my customers appear in-market? Choice reports included up to 100 locations GeoFramed, 50,000 customer records enriched, and 2-3 market areas.
Prime reports include everything from Select and Choice reports and increase the limits to 150 locations GeoFramed, 100,000 customer records enriched, and 4-6 market areas.
Each report includes insights about patterns and outliers in customer demographic data, frequency, and distance traveled, and ends with a customized recommendations section compiled by an El Toro analyst. These recommendations could identify key audience segments to target with future campaigns, suggest likely competitors' targets for conquest, or provide tips about avenues for growth or brand awareness.

FAQs
- Q: What do I need to provide in a CRM to allow El Toro to create a Bullseye Report?
- A: In order to enrich a CRM, we need full addresses for customers, including a minimum of Address 1 and ZIP codes.
- Q: What if I don’t have a CRM? Can you still tell me who my customers are?
- A: Yes! As long as you provide us with your business location(s), we can GeoFrame them and enrich the records of the customers we observe at your location(s) over a period of 3-6 months. We can also place a pixel on your website and enrich the records of your website visitors.
- Q: How long does it take to create a Bullseye Report?
- A: Typically, we need two weeks to create a report, after we receive any necessary files (CRM list, location(s) list) and establish the need.
- Q: Do I need to provide a list of all competitor locations to have them GeoFramed and analyzed in a Bullseye Report?
- A: Typically, competitor lists are provided by clients in order for us to provide an analysis of the most desired locations. However, if you do not feel you know who your closest competitors are, we can also identify and scrape competitor addresses from your desired market(s). There will, however, be an additional charge for scraping competitors.
