Cancellation Policy
Requests to cancel an order line must be submitted in writing via email to your Sales Representative and support@eltoro.com. El Toro, in its sole discretion, may require you to provide up to thirty (30) days prior notice for cancellation and may decline to permit cancellation of your order line. Cancellation of an order line is not effective until the cancellation request is accepted, approved, and implemented by El Toro. You will be billed for and liable for the payment of any services El Toro performs prior to the effective cancellation of the order line. You will also be billed for and liable for the payment of any spend commitments you have agreed to with El Toro, pursuant to any service agreement. In the event you have prepaid for an order line, you will receive a credit to your El Toro account for the remaining portion of the prepaid amount.
