This document will explain what a priority audit is and how to request one.
Priority Audit
All creatives go through a third-party creative audit before they start serving. This is required to ensure that the creatives are compliant with all policies and are acceptable to serve. The third-party creative audit is an automated process and takes 1 business day to complete.
If you submit an order line that needs to start serving immediately or on a weekend, we can request a priority audit. A priority audit will incur an additional cost of $5 per creative.
How to Request a Priority Audit
There are two ways to request a priority audit, through your Sales Executive or through a Support Ticket.
Request a Priority Audit through the Sales Executive
You can reach out to their Sales Executive to request a priority audit, and they will create an internal ticket to request an invoice be sent to you.
Request a Priority Audit through a Support Ticket
Our Operations team requires the information below to successfully process a priority audit request.
Please note that the additional fee for a priority audit is applicable per creative.
