This article will describe IP List to Direct Mail, and how to turn IP addresses into targetable home addresses for mailing through our portal.

IP List for Mailing

Step 1: Navigate to the El Toro Portal and click on “Create” in the navigation pane on the left-hand side under the “Audiences” section.

Step 2: Select the “IP Address List” tile from the options shown.

 

Step 3: Upload a list of IPs addresses and allow the list to quote. Your file should be a .csv with one column using IPv4 (i.e. 192.188.0.123).

Step 4: Reach out to your sales executive or support@eltoro.com with the audience links/IDs you are looking to send direct mail to. Please include that you want to use the audience for direct mail, which will help expedite your request!

As a reminder, addresses will be sent directly to the Print House for mailing.

FAQs

• Q: What if my organization does not have a regular print partner or our print partner is not an existing El Toro print partner?

  • A: All of our Direct Mail products, including Venue Replay to Direct Mail, require a print partner to receive data and send mailers. If you currently do not work with a print house, we are happy to match you with one. If you would like to onboard your existing print partner, please reach out to your Sales Executive.

• Q: Are there any minimums for Direct Mail services?
  • A: Yes, we require a list of at least 2,500 addresses. However, you will only be billed for 80% of the addresses you order (e.g. 2,000 out of 2,500) to account for the number of addresses you may drop due to CASS certification.
